The flight path of a Bell 407 helicopter operated by the Minnesota state patrol, N119SP. Flight takes off from St. Paul downtown airport just before 9pm local time, and proceeds northwest towards North Minneapolis. As it passes Como Park, it gets diverted and circles the Hamline Midway area for a while, before continuing to North Minneapolis. From there, it follows I-94 north into Brooklyn Park, follows MN-610 west for a bit, then south again into southern Brooklyn Center. It makes a few loops there, before following MN-36 through Maplewood. Then it makes a loop up to Mahtomedi, back into Maplewood, south to Oakdale. It flies north to Little Canada, then southwest back to the Merriam Park neighborhood of St. Paul. After circling there several times, it returns to the St. Paul Downtown Airport. Total flight time: ~2 hrs, 7 min. Total cost to MN taxpayers ~$5,000
