Added audio features!
The live room now has a new menu for sound, which includes binaural and isochronic sounds, as well as mp3 or ogg file based background loops, I've also added "snippets", which can be configured to play whenever a certain word is shown on screen. Something like *SNAP* maybe~
Also added separate permissions for the audio tab, following the permissions for adding, viewing, removing, etc. of the other sections.
