Renovations to the first four floors of office space at the 350 W. Belknap Building will update office space with upgrades including three new elevators, upgraded HVAC, plumbing, sprinklers and electric systems along with fixes to exterior masonry and new curtain wall sections.

A $7.5 million addition to the Plaza Parking Garage will add nearly 300 spaces on land that is currently surface parking. The garage will now occupy the entirety of the block. The garage expansion was designed by Bennett Partners and is being built by Muckleroy & Falls.
