You can request custom CSS for your page, and then add a couple of rules to remove the links! Yes, it removes ALL links, but in practice it's 99% just this spam anyways.

@itch.io would you make it so we can configure to remove links (so we don't need to request custom CSS for this workaround)?
Unfortunately this removes links people post of their lets plays, which are Always welcome :3 But its a very good tip!
