I tore through the 600 odd pages of this in a couple of days, it’s so goddamn good. Beautifully written, funny, introspective, but most of all tremendously magical and deeply reverent about what the Arthurian legend represents (even as it’s deeply irreverent about the legend’s traditional details).

I Libby-ed the audiobook so I could switch to audio, rather than put it down. The Dinadin sidequest made the whole thing for me.
