The word "chunter" was first recorded between 1590 and 1600, and was originally a dialect word used in the Midlands and Northern England. D. H. 2024 is a difficult year to summarize for me. I pushed myself immensely to grow personally and professionally, as a father, as a husband, as a man, and it hurt a lot in the process. As a family, we went through extreme difficulty while still doing our best to maintain joy throughout. For the first time in 5 years, I find myself no longer tied full-time to a company. I feel the freedom of creativity, but also the burden to create. With this newfound freedom I’m working every day to figure out what balance it is I want from this life, but also working every day to appreciate every day. I’m beyond excited for what 2025 will bring. Every day I see my children grow and develop into people I genuinely not only love, but really LIKE. I picked up golf midway through 2024 and for the first time ever, I’ve felt the childlike joy I had when I first kicked a soccer ball. To finally be able to fully immerse myself into a sport once more, and a sport as beautiful as golf, has been therapy in and of itself. And to that point, I started therapy this year as well. I’m doing my best to grow as a human every single day, and that’s my goal for 2025. I hope y’all succeed in it as well ✌🏾
