The man and the woman are wearing British Navy jackets that are artfully photoshopped on, and the calendar is being flipped from 2026 to October 1904, a reference to the Dogger Bank incident, where the Russian second pacific squadron misidentified British fishing trawlers as Japanese torpedo boats on the Dogger Bank (which is nowhere near Japan) and opened fire, sinking one craft and killing a few British sailors - a worse outcome only prevented by poor gunnery and generally poor Russian seamanship.
