That’s right

Occasionally, the team uncovered seemingly intersubjective… things. Geoff recalls one bodywork experiment: “My hand is on the person, and I’m paying attention internally, and I find that I have this vivid visual imagination of this warehouse. 12B.6 Licensees and their employees shall not make a sale or delivery of an alcoholic beverage to someone who appears to be impaired, intoxicated or under the influence of any substance.

(a) Regardless of whether a patron is exhibiting signs of intoxication, impairment or under the influence of any substance, they cannot be served any combination of alcoholic drinks a/k/a rounds within less than thirty (30) minutes from each other.
(b) Any business which chooses to have multiple servers, bartenders or employees serve a single. patron must have a system in place to ensure that the patron is not served in contradiction to 12B.6 or 12B.6(a).
(c) Although the law allows the sale and delivery of two alcoholic drinks at the same time to a single patron, licensees are required to determine whether at the time of sale or delivery the. person should be provided two alcoholic beverages. There is no presumption of due care when a licensee delivers or sells more than one drink at a time to a patron.
