Peach goo in a piping bag. The peach goo for the swirl is the consistency of a soft caramel. I had originally intended to take this to around 218°F but i stopped around 190°F. Glad i did. This is the perfect consistency.

An ice cold glass of lemonade.
Two 14 ounce bottle with swing top stoppers. On the right is just lemon juice. Once the lemons are juiced, refrigerate. On the left is a 14 ounce bottle of rich syrup made by muddling the zest of 8 lemons with one cup of sugar and letting that sit out on the counter for an hour or so. The sugar will extract the oil from the zest. Then add another cup of sugar and a cup of 120F water, whisk, and let that steep for a couple hours. Then strain the syrup into a container. These two bottles then get mixed together and when ya want lemonade. Mix the lemon concentrate 1 part to 4 parts water or Pellegrino. You zest the lemons first. ☺️ I think this should last for a week or more n the fridge.
