My take on this is that to a certain extent a good X power does not translate directly to being good in a team setting. It also depends on play style and if you're getting these good numbers consistently in all game modes. So I agree with your point - it's additional info, but ultimately says nothing about how you'll perform in a team, because that requires so much more than just skill. Communication, taking/giving feedback, strategic thinking and in many cases letting go of your ego completely etc are just some of the things soloq warriors don't practice (at all?).

But I will say that at a certain level of X Power you'll have to have more than skill to rise up the ranks, so you'll need to review, get coaching etc and actually play *with* the randoms on your team, read them, know what their weapons want/need etc - that'll in turn make you a team player.
