Alternative photo community using activitypub called Vernissage if anyone wants to try. Since it uses activitypub it can interact with Mastodon, Pixelfed & others Angular, Swift, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3 ObjectStorage

Both apps are having issues this weekend. First it was Bluesky and now it is Mastodon. 503 errors on Mastodon are common though. Advantage for activitypub apps is that one outage does not interfere with other apps. Photo community pxlmo is still up

According to this post 45 minutes ago, the status was suppose to be updated but still showing as operational I'm even more shocked that protonmail status page requires manual update. Makes me wonder if any of these are even reliable

The Bluesky installs on Android continue to climb. As more alternative apps are built on atproto there will be more new users giving Bluesky it a try. How's the app on iOS? Are installations on Apple devices jumping also?

It looks like the Bluesky user count is increasing much quicker. I wouldn't be surprised if those from activitypub and nostr looking for easier to use alternatives are coming here. December should be a big month for atproto apps too!

Not once did I get a successful preview when using prompts to create app with sveltekit and tailwindcss. The bot tried to correct itself several times. Each time failed to show preview and because of multiple attempts, ran out of tokens. Gave it a try so better luck next time @bolt.new

Are you seeing "invalid handle" on your Bluesky profile? Give this a try: Settings > Change Handle > type your handle and then press save
Your endpoint is showing the "unable to resolve handle" message instead of the typical xrpc message. I'm guessing maybe it's the redirect back to bsky app
