The Sheriff's Loot Chest screen shows three badges with skulls prominently featured in the middle of them. The badges can be chosen by the player that will offer upgrades to help you survive longer in your run. The names of the badges are "Gunsmith's Blueprints", "A Seven Shooter?" and "Tumbleweed" The effects of the badges are hidden to build player anticipation.
