Past Master of the Worshipful Company of World Traders Mary Hardy photographed with Oliver Brelsford, the 2026 winner of The Oliver Hare Cup. This award is presented annual by the Lord Mayor of London for 'Commitment to the Marching Band' at Christ's Hospital School in West Sussex. The prize is given in memory of Oliver (Olly) Hare, a former student and band member at the school, who died by suicide in 2017. Olly's Future charity was founded in his memory and works to prevent suicide by training, education and campaigning.

A poster for Worthing Five Peaks Challenge in support of the work of national suicide awareness and prevention charity Ollys Future www.ollysfuture.org.uk which takes place in the South Downs National Park on Saturday 5th September 2026 during World Suicide Prevention Week. The poster shows a group of enthusiastic walkers at the start of the 2025 inaugural event. The event starts at Hill Barn Lane, Worthing at 9am and there are two challenges, 17miles - covering Cissbury Ring, Chanctonbury Ring, Chantry Hill, Black Patch Hill and Highdown Hill or 6 miles around Cissbury Ring. A QR code has the registration links.

Ann Feloy meets with Liz Twist MP, Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Suicide and Self-Harm, with Doug Cave of the Learn Network and Jaquie Shanahan from the Forthe100 group to campaign for crucial changes. Mandatory core curriculum training in suicide prevention for all medical students across the UK, as well as for nursing and paramedics students, and a Duty of Care for higher education institutions to support students' mental wellbeing. The group sits in an office in the Houses of Parliament with a view of Big Ben through the window behind.
