Let's just speak purely hypothetically and say, if Itou did manage to transfer the IP, masters, and mechanical licensing to Mana, who then decided to distribute Malice Mizer/MdM's music to streaming services and basically "put it back into production" as it were through whatever means: then the "Malace Mizer issue" would be solved pretty much immediately. Rights holders who actually give a shit have a very easy time taking down false uploads with incredibly powerful legal tools to make sure the infringing parties don't continue to do so. That, and the fact that were Malice Mizer's music ever to officially be uploaded to streaming services, it's almost a 99.99% probability that the bozo behind "Malace Mizer" would no longer feel the need to continue doing what they're doing since, y'know...they're only doing it because there's no official streaming option for MM's music.
