Client may give minor direction (ex: "male character; specific character (if fan art); in color), but majority of creative decisions are made by the artist for the final -Time for commission completion is dependent on queue and unrelated, high-priority work loads and availability. However, client will be kept informed of progress and any delays and is always welcome to ask for a status update. -Commissioned artwork may not be resold (including NFTs) or repurposed (including being used to feed AI prompt databases) and may not be manipulated in any way. None of my artwork uses generative AI. -I reserve the right to deny my services to anyone. -Artwork must be credited and my signature or watermark must remain on all images.
