OpenNotes @opennotes.org · Apr 1 OpenNotes research has shown that about 98% of patients say reading their notes is a good idea. Which leaves the obvious question: what’s going on with the other approximately 2%? After careful (and very scientific) observation, patients seem to be stuck in an eternal loop of “Forgot Password?”
