He also regains all his wounds each Phase and gets a free Strategem each Round, but his profile is a 3W T3 Sv4+ so he will absolutely die in an instant if he does not completely kill everything that might be a threat to him.

Oxygen Levels in Water If you have gills, you should know that the deeper, colder, and stiller the water gets, the less oxygen you’ll find there. It is generally a safe bet to treat deep oceans, freezing water, and large unused water tanks as Low Oxygen Environments; if you want to play a character adapted to those conditions, take Hypoxic Conditioning and Amphibious.
