Ofc. Jeremie Patzer’s Taser battery became so hot that it melted the weapon’s plastic handle, a person with knowledge of the matter told Open Vallejo. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case. openvallejo.org/2023/08/24/v...
