any printer pros know why PGBK is doing this in one direction? doesn't seem like a cleaning or alignment issue

I'm not a printatologist but barring other worse issues it's possible that there is a spot on the rail (sticky, dry of grease, burr, debris) that the print head rides on that's making it jitter at one spot on the return which knocks it out of place for that pass.
