I think it's important to give people the option to still modify commissions at a later point. Give them the option for variants, transparent versions etc. It's probably a bit overkill, but all my comms are on a NAS and synced to an off-site storage. Both encrypted. Very nerdy but also funny xp

For size reference: One project file is about 16MB, additionally I keep all references and exported versions. It鈥檚 really not that much but adds a lot of convenience for the commissioners. And storage is cheap, something I鈥榤 willing to take on myself.
