In the penultimate scene of the movie, before Agent Starling takes her phone call, they cut the first piece of a cake emblazoned with the FBI logo - it’s kind of a one-take shot. If they mess up they have to make a whole new FBI cake. (Note: it appears to be pre-sliced, but still a lot of pressure.)
