One wonders ... will this help those Dems in their campaigns, winning votes from Rep voters or what? I seriously, seriously doubt that what with the "tribal" mindset of Rep vs Dem in the voting arena. A control test would be nice and interesting ... But who? Who?

This is super disappointing! But I suppose one bright side is this is less Dems than last year. Last year’s NDAA contained these two exact same anti trans amendments (plus others) and a whopping 10 Dems voted for the sports ban and 6 voted for the TriCare ban:

There are a lot of things I might forgive Pelosi and Clyburn for, but putting their thumb on the scale for Henry Cuellar in the 2022 TX-28 Democratic primary over Jessica Cisneros, a primary he ultimately won by less than 300 votes, will never be one of them.
