2/ The addition of ANDV to Pathoplexus was fast-tracked by our Exec Board to aid data sharing, as new sequences become available. Pathoplexus lets sequences to be uploaded as Open (immediately public + sent to INSDC) or Restricted-Use (up to 1 year) - to encourage fast sharing.
