Impact Card OCT - DEC 2025 PCC Support is our advocacy and support model which focuses on relationship building and a partnership approach, putting the voice of the person at the centre of our work. We use advocacy and mediation skills to work with members of the public and the HSC to resolve issues of concern and complaints. The top areas of concern for PCC Support in Quarter 3 were: Communication Treatment and Care Quality Staff Attitude Complaints Handling Treatment and Care Diagnosis 980 Calls and emails to PCC Connect Freephone and inbox 543 People given advice and information 182 New advocacy cases 50 cases supported with a complaint 6 SAI Cases supported Where possible, the PCC seeks to find a resolution for clients in addressing issues and complaints through partnership, mediation and a relationship-based approach. In Quarter 3 we recorded a 64% Resolution Rate You told us ''I was so desperate and didn’t know where to go. I’d really given up when I walked into the Library and PCC Practitioner introduced themselves''

We use advocacy and mediation skills to work with members of the public and HSC organisations to resolve issues of concern. The top areas of concern for PCC Support cases in Q1 2025 were: Treatment and Care Quality Communication Professional Assessment of Need Discharge Arrangements Staff Attitude Where possible, the PCC seeks to resolve cases before they become a formal complaint. This process is known as ‘Early Resolution’. In Q1 we recorded a 61% early resolution rate 749 Calls and emails to PCC Connect Freephone and inbox 374 People given advice and information 86 New Advocacy Cases 51 Cases supported with a Formal Complaint 4 SAI Cases supported
