Hardware questions, one at a time. Most of this month was spent working through physical systems — PLCs, hydraulic circuits, motors, ESP32 wiring — each conversation picking up a specific technical question and running it to ground. You used Claude as a reference engineer: ask, get the spec, push back when something didn't match what you were seeing, then move on. The conversations were short and pointed, and the pattern held whether the subject was a Siemens CPU or a FlySky receiver.

Status Closed today (the receiver milestone): the port reads the H8 receiver end-to-end-GUI Update ends on your target screen (Receiver: Up to Date [r12854]), CLI probe reads r12854. Root cause was the Py2→3 TimeoutError-binding regression across 35 programmer flles (T62) killing the 38400 9600 baud fallback, plus the channel-byte fix (T64). Twelve commits landed today: T47b/T48-T65-crash fixes, the diagnose/probe/terminal tooling, timestamped tracing, the wire logger, and the two root-cause fixes. Current phase (task #12): ATmega-rx2011/tx2011 firmware. Direction rx-first (rx+tx undecided), flash via mower bridge only. The requirements spec is written (STATES/rx2011 firmware_requirements.md): new firmware = keep the rx2011's signal DSP/ADC/decode, replace only the ASCII host layer with the Syel framer answering service Dx82-POLL FF, VERSION>23 41 32 36 (r12854), 9600 first contact, Dallas CRC-8-all byte-verified from your captures. Ghidra script-in progress (background): opus-lead is producing ghidra_scripts/DisassembleUndefinedCode.py + README to a tight spec- scan only executable blocks, seed on OxE9/OxEB/BxEB (target-validated) plus optional prologues, disassemble via DisassembleCommand to a fixpoint, optional function creation, with a dry-run mode and summary report, written Jython-2.7-compatible for the Script Manager. It can't be executed here (no Ghidra in the agent sandbox), so it'll be delivered correct- by-construction and syntax-checked for you to run. Sequencing: I moved the Python skeleton behind this on purpose - once you run the script and we re-analyze, the currently-undefined builders/parsers/model-detector become decompilable, so the dossier's "Gap" rows get filled and the skeleton is built on the complete picture rather than the partial one I'll review the script against its acceptance criteria when opus-lead returns it, then report back for your sign-off.
