Remember the time Zoidberg sold his Planet Express shares for a sandwich?
I had a very simple request: a way to pull the stats from a series that only ran two weeks ago. Instead of any real help, the first few replies came in hot, stabbed me straight in the back, reached into my chest, ripped out what was left of my soul, and flushed it down the sewer. And honestly? That kind of reaction is exactly why nothing meaningful ever gets created for this sim. No music production company, no real musicians, and no registered songwriters are out here making songs, videos, or content about iRacing unless iRacing themselves pays them to do it. The community asks for basic tools, basic recognition, or even just a little creativity… and the response is usually mockery or silence. We love this sim enough to keep pouring hundreds of hours and real money into it, yet we treat each other (and anyone trying to add something positive) like we’re enemies. It’s exhausting.
