A simple technique of making stars sharper is to take shorter exposures (thus removing star movement), but to allow more light into the shot you need to pump the ISO to an unacceptable 5000, which introduces noise - so take 6-10 images & blend them together in an app like StarryLandscapeStacker (Mac, there's a free Windows app Sequator) which effectively removes the noise (which is random from frame to frame). Other post production adjustments done in photoshop & Lightroom. Photoshop to remove the satellites with the remove tool, then Lightroom to adjust the levels, hues, blacks & whites etc.
