So starting from the beginning, my previous boss was quitting because he said that the role he's in isn't a branch manager role. And he told me that he was bringing up things to the company and was being told "well that's the company standard." So I don't think things are gonna change for the better. Missing my therapy session on Friday made me so upset in a way I normally don't get. And I almost crashed out when I had a minor inconvenience at home that was Ty's fault. So my therapist told me that this burnout is causing my depression to worsen. And my old boss was telling me he could see it too. So realizing that this is causing my depression to worsen and another old boss is desperately trying to hire people for a busy month and has been asking me. But it happened on Friday and he wanted an answer by Monday. And I wanted to work 2 weeks, get the paycheck at my current job, then decide if I wanna put in my two weeks. But it's too long for him. So I just decided to put in my two weeks now.
