Message 1 (July 6th): "I'm having my gall bladder removed due to that pain I have in my side. The surgeon wants me to get a physical before the surgery and get some paperwork filled out about the physical. The surgery is scheduled for 8/27 is it possible you could squeeze me in before then?" Message 2 (July 6th): "Ok I got more specific instructions sorry for emailing you prematurely. The physical, a chest X-ray, and labs have to be done between 8/10-8/21. Then the day of the surgery (I have to be at the surgery at 1130 am) I have to get an EKG at your office before surgery. They also should've faxed all this info to your office as well. Lemme know if I need to clarify anything or reschedule the surgery" Message 3 (July 8th): "Hey I just wanted to follow up with you since I haven't heard anything!" Message 4 (July 13th): "They said on the phone that you need to request an EKG order or something before I can schedule it? Does your office do them or would I have to go somewhere else to get it done before the surgery? I'm not sure I totally understood what she meant" Message 5 (July 15th): "Hello just wanted to follow up on the questions I asked, I haven't heard anything from you"
