Tested. Orpheus 3B is genuinely good. Perhaps not as expressive as Tortoise TTS or OpenAI Advanced Voice, but viable for commercial applications. Tara is the best voice, and you'll have to do some noise cancellation from the outputs to make it sound as clean as studio recording.
