Hey Tanille. I created an index - income divided by cost of living, scored 0 to 2 - that puts the struggles Canadians face into real numbers. Ontario welfare scores 0.21. BC won't be far off. The survival threshold is 1.0. In my opinion it's the most honest metric for well-being we have.
