Hey Marit. I built an index - income divided by cost of living, scored 0 to 2. Ontario welfare lands at 0.21. Minimum wage at 0.79. The survival threshold is 1.0. Both numbers are straight from government sources. I just did the division they never bothered to publish. This is the Life Value Index.
