Got my XTEINK X4 today. First impressions: it’s a great device but the configuration and importing of books is a bit complicated. It has only 2 preinstalled fonts and both are very large. You can’t change the font size, but have to import a new font instead. Importing books is … not easy but ok

I signed up for XTEINK’s cloud and that let me import a few more fonts. I’m okay now with the 25AleoR though. Importing books requires calibre, 2 plugins (DeACSM, DeDRM), and either getting the hard-to-reach SD card out, or syncing the file via iCloud to my iPhone and then via XTEINK cloud to the X4

You want to github.com/crosspoint-r... on it! PS: and yes it also runs AtomVM. I tried :D mstdn.social/@iamkonstant...

FWIW, I think crosspoint helps with a lot of that. At least getting books on it becomes drag and drop from a browser.
