The tragedy is that this was not aways the case in the US. Employers provided healthcare coverage just like most countries til they didn’t. (Walmart) etc. And while ACA helps some, it’s not enough. The republicans alternative is non existent. Btw @Medicare Advantage” is a heist on Medicare
