I was able to DIY build a really good sensor with a Xiao ESP32-C6 ($15 for a pack of 3) and AHT10 sensor breakout ($16 for a pack of 10) and ESPHome. It really is incredible how easy it is, and I can configure the refresh rate, unlike my Arre sensor which rounds to the nearest degree.
