Clematis 'Arabella' I think, presuming through the neighbour's greenery. I say greenery, but I like the red border of the leaves and stems

A nice Helophilus trivittatus (male) visiting the pink spirea japonica for lunch today. The black and yellow colouring imitating a wasp, but this fellow wasn't out to have a bath in my beer or tuck into some jam.
