Growing up in the 80s and early 90s, the word "ditto" shifted meanings. At first it was a nickname for a particular type of paper copying. Then Rush Limbaugh ruined the word. And then, in the late 90s, we took it back.

Its an extension of the paper copy meaning but Ghost made it mean "I love you too/back/also" for a bit.
