PINECONE Stream Team's Women's History Month post template starts with a simple light lavender solid background. Pink and purple flowers like the top and bottom borders. As a Black southerner, Black History Month being the month of love (not the capitalistic, transactional kind, but the ethos of love in its all forms) is something I hold onto dearly. While I have had some not great experiences at the beginning of the year, Black History Month is a celebration of Black people from across the world from every stretch of land and sea. It's a time to celebrate how diverse, intersectional and amazing the Black/African Diaspora is, not only in the trials and tribulations that we've had to face but also the joy, foundations and truth telling we've had to navigate through time, lineages and ancestry. Black History is year-round and knows no borders/boundaries AND we love Black History around here.
