In my headcanon, the original nursery rhyme videos are something the Smiths put together a couple years ago when JJ was younger and have put behind them in favor of Cocomelon Lane, which the characters perceive as a reality show. Fortunately, Cocomelon Lane loses the "hypnotic" rapid cutting.
