She is delivering the news to Jaya, the aforementioned British asian woman, who stands in her kitchen doorway with a delighted and relieved look on her face (and throughout her posture) that "I can diagnose that UTI, Jaya". The J in Jaya is obscured by the window frame in front of the poster, making it look, at a glance, like it could be the lower case L in the word playa. Hence my confusion.
