You are between 18 to 45 years of age 2. You have a uterus 3. You have been affected by long COVID (you have had new or ongoing COVID symptoms 3 months after your initial COVID infection) 4. You reside in Canada If you are interested and agree to participate you will be asked to fill out a 5 to 10-minute online survey.

WHAT TO KNOW: Face drooping, Arm weakness or Speech difficulty means its Time to call 911. Be aware of other symptoms, including seizure, headache, vertigo or dizziness. But strokes happen to children, too.

[name redacted] stepped on a nail at the park. It was rusty, and it punctured right through her foot. I didn't panic. Although my heart broke for the pain she experienced. Thankfully, after a little milk and cuddles, and she was calmed down. I let the wound bleed a little before doing anything as I know blood is cleansing. Her foot was wrapped up, and once home, I applied some frankincense and monitored. Didn't take long for her to be back to herself. I definitely did NOT panic about tetanus. We are taught to fear, panic, and run to the Drs in situations like this. We no longer trust our bodies or have the tools to care for ourselves and loved ones at home. We outsource all our power to so-called "experts."
