With AI doing tasks for us it will trigger a lot of existential angst for people. Already we see that when work is automated it leads to lower satisfaction with the work I suspect this will drive more people to do their own thing or at least dabble with creative work

I found this insight quite interesting. Makes intuitive sense. Leveraging AI in tasks will change the nature of how we get satisfaction from work.

Writing a book on your own will still be high status and many people will do it “without AI” A lot of books that are popular are basically done by committee. Lots with ghostwriters, professional packagers at publishing houses, etc. The unfiltered memoir will become increasingly popular
