Why not just wait til Switch 2 version in 2 weeks :)
I finally 100%-ed the map in totk the other day, apparently I didn't step in just the right square foot of a spot to get the location data to count. Here's hoping you don't get stuck like that at any point!

Perhaps I'm particularly bad at the game, but it took me, give or take, 180 combined hours across several months to even get close. That is exactly one week and twelve hours. Nintendo should pay you hourly for this stream.
in my personal experience i feel like the hardest part was just grinding the materials for the gear upgrades but maybe im wrong
