"Catwoman Queen for a Day" likely refers to a combination of two concepts: Catwoman, the Batman villain, and the old game show "Queen for a Day". The term "Queen for a Day" originally referred to the game show format where contestants would be chosen to be the "Queen for a Day" and receive assistance from the show.
Crook: "Mr. Willing to pay you $1,000,000 for your...huh?" Jimmy (wearing a SPECTACULAR beard): "I'm afraid you've made a mistake gentlemen! I'm...er...Roger Todd, Not Jimmy Olsen! He's -- uh -- five floors up!"

Jimmy's landlord barges in: "No see here, Jimmy -- I've warned you before -- stop this noise! What are you doing with all this junk anyway?" Jimmy: "Junk? My dear Mr. Hardy, you are speaking of what may be brilliant inventions some day!" Landlord:"Inventions? Those crazy contraptions? Now I've heard everything!" Jimmy: "You won't be skeptical when you see this robot cat pounce on that dummy mouse as quick as a wink!"
