He's also apparently visiting the earth across a period of several hundred million years judged on the fauna, but it's old comic paleoart so we can let it slide. Anyway, the text over the prehistoric lizards reads "My friends, eager to watch any episode of the Simpsons other than s05e09". The text over the annoying man reads "Me, testing my friends' patience and loyalty with my nonsense." The whole thing is a clever commentary on how I enjoy watching s05e09 of the Simpsons on loop regardless of my audience's preference.
