I suppose you ordered from Zenin too? I'm gonna be honest, this was probably my last order with them. This package (everything in stock according to them) took them 10 days to hand it over to FedEx and the support was extremely unhelpful, telling me to look at the tracking number (that was showing nothing). 5 est. delivery times passed by until i had it. I had 1 order with them that had no problems out of 4. After that I canceled my PenC 6&7 order with them because they still hadn't even prepared it even though it was supposed to be in stock and others were already getting them from Zenin. Looking at Digimon Servers and twitter you and i are not the only ones with problems. Tbf in the end i got my stuff, but i feel like they always blame someone else: for pre orders it's always bandais fault, now it's a courier problem (apparently singpost, idk why that would affect FedEx), they should expand their team if 4 people can't handle all that stuff. I waited almost a month for this package to arrive, idk what FedEx did to it after they received it. Never had problems with their service before and the support was super unhelpful too. But now i'm wary of them and will try to use a different service if possible.
