Gov. Little: VETO the worst bathroom ban in the country. The Idaho Legislature just passed HB 752. This bill would make it a crime for folks to use the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity. Join us in urging Governor Little to reject this hateful attack on our trans and non-binary community members.

Bill Status: In Senate State Affairs Committee Chairman Guthrie has the power to stop two harmful bills. He needs to hear from you! HB 607 would allow people to sue businesses for $10,000 for encountering a transgender person in a restroom. HB 557 would strip away local nondiscrimination ordinances that 12 Idaho cities have already passed. These bills would make our communities less safe, less welcoming, and more divided.
