Checkboxes confirm the applicant is willing to work in Antarctica, relocate, and travel, but has no transportation and no relatives in the company. They have not previously worked for Pridecraft. Listed qualifications include “Java, Image manipulation programs, Python, sleep.” The form ends with a Creative Commons license notice attributed to “Pridecraft Studios, 2025.” The layout is clear with boxes and lines filled in by hand or stylized text, and black redaction bars cover the phone number for privacy.
