9 middle earth miniatures, all with some form of repair. The 6 minis with hand weapons were fixed by clipping off the remains of their broken weapons, drilling a hole through their hands and inserting the new donor weapons. The 3 fountain court guards received resin pikes, since they didn't originally come with any, which were cut down to approximately fit into the troops' hands.

Seven plastic Uruk-hai pikemen, unpainted. All of their pikes were previously damaged or snapped off entirely. To replace them in spirit, brass rods have been pinned into place approximating the length of the original weapons.
