14.3 Amendment No person shall be President who shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion [against the US] or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. Until the vote is taken just call him "Resident Trump"

Important to remember that this isn’t new money. It’s being taken out of other avenues of investment and super-concentrated into a very limited number of organisations. The long term effects on US innovation capacity will be interesting to see.
